Return Policy

Naturally we hope you will be delighted with your purchase. In the event that you decide to cancel the agreement you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, please package your item with care & include a copy of your invoice so that we can relate the return to your account.
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, we recommend re-ordering the size that you want and returning the one that you do not want for a refund - this ensures that we have the stock available for you and avoids disappointment.
Please note: We cannot accept returns of Knickers / Briefs / Bodies due to hygiene reasons.
All items must be returned with their original packaging with tags attached to the item & in the same condition that they were received.

Shipping
